自2018年4月1日起，原“香港中国免税品有限公司HONG KONG CHINA NATIONAL DUTY FREE MERCHANDISE COMPANY LIMITED”名称不再使用，各相关业务往来均使用新名称“4001百老汇国际有限公司CHINA DUTY FREE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ”。
 

公司更名后，业务主体和法律关系不变，银行账号及收货地址等均不发生变化，原公司签订的合同继续有效。

To meet the requirement of CDFG’s international business development, with the approval of Companies Registry of HKSAR, we are delighted to announce thatour fully-owned subsidiary 香港中国免税品有限公司HONG KONG CHINA NATIONAL DUTY FREE MERCHANDISE COMPANY LIMITED (“HKCDF”) haschanged name to 4001百老汇国际有限公司 CHINA DUTY FREE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.
 

Starting from 1th of April 2018, the original nameHKCDF is no longer in use. All the related businessactivities and operationswill use the new name4001百老汇国际有限公司 CHINA DUTY FREE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.
 

Companylegal relation and business operation remains the sameas well asexecuted contracts signed under HKCDF remains valid. The company address and bank accounts are unchanged.
